Pretty unsurprising but I feel like I slacked a lot with non fighting games this year. Played over a hundred hours of Tekken 8 and I don't even know if I like that game at all.

The Game Awards are a massive scam however, anyone who thinks Balatro shouldn't at least be on the shortlist for best game of the year did not play Balatro.

There is absolutely no better advertising method than a passionate community. Neutralmania 2 almost at 200 attendees for this very reason.
