No, way too extreme. There are two ways to amend the constitution (We've only ever used one of those). The first is the pathway through Congress,then to the states to ratify. The other is a constitutional convention of the states (this way has never been tried because it could dramatically change it

You misunderstood what I meant by investor. You're talking of occupier ownership, I wasn't. I was talking of real-estate purchases as a business practice. Mass buying as a business goal, emptying the available housing market, and driving up pricing.

You do realise that this is a clean bill, with no reductions or additions to spending. It's a short-term funding measure, meaning it delays the actual budget plan vote, allowing for further negotiations and changes. Voting against it makes no sense unless you take the stance "resist-everything"

I agree, but in percentages equal to the groups population. White incidents report more, because they are larger group. I don't see how that is racist, quite the opposite actually.

What I said was: racial groups are equally represented when compared to the demographic. White shooters show more incidents, because the population is larger. it however matches the population percentage. I invite you to research it for yourself, you'll see I'm correct.

From what I understand, escape routes from the incident were numerous. The Mountains and the airport both within minutes. This one will be hard to solve, but I've heard they at least have the rifle.
