Be still my heart. Loon pair, mallard pair, owls screeching romp, goose pair… peepers, woodpecker, something long and furry and too fast to see.

I’m thrilled to share that my painting “Eclipse Ensō #2” is featured on the cover of this year’s Montpelier #PoemCity anthology!

There will be an opening event at @bearpondbooks on April 6 with readings from renown Vermont poets and others including yours truly who are featured in the anthology.

Jizo Buddha, protector of women, children, and travelers as well as “water babies” – children who are never born or fell to survive past early childhood. I imagine all tender spirits needing protection at the moment, particularly my 🌈 fam, are being looked after by Jizo Buddha.

There’s this one spot I like to visit that always says, “hey you”.

Well that was fun! We had a very sweet December Art Walk last night. Many thanks to everyone who made it out in the cold. My paintings will be on view at Magpie & Tiger through January.

I’m in the process of framing my #ensō paintings and this might be one of my favorites. Water-soluable ink on #Yupo paper. Frame is 16x16”.

Not sure why I’m here yet or if I’ll stay. Happy to see so many people taking action to protect free speech.
