This was my weight loss journey I started on like 3 years ago. I use to do boxing and was in great shape but the Oreo Gods absolutely destroyed me.
I'm currently at 190 ish but my goal is 175 and to stick to a healthier lifestyle. (Don't mind first pic 😅)
