It would be really heartbreaking if it's a "ships passing in the night" situation.

He looked like Gaspar Noe.

Do upside down sharks even have erections?

It couldn't have happened to a shittier bunch of people.

In their defense, a lot of songs only have a chorus and a few lines worth listening to. Not everything is Nick Drake.

What? They couldn't build a sectioned off piece of a high rise with scale replicas of the ghostbusters to accompany this smug display? So cool.

J Reitman is just an odd fig, he's always teetering so much between drama and comedy that I feel like if his films were subtitled they'd land better for me (it sounds rude saying I'd rather read than watch his movies, but I'm always on the cusp of it with his work).

Haha, YES, like that Studio 60 on Sunset by Sorkin, right on. It's so propulsive that it made me want it to be a music video more than a movie

See, and I think the cast was far better in Gesture, and it sounds like you're into the style of Sat Night more so than the humor maybe? Dig it man. The sets were all excellent, loved all the noise and bluster enough- but the camera work made me shutter, it was like STOP FOR A SECOND, get a moment

On the werewolf movies, thoughts on Dog Soldiers? Sometimes I just miss being a part of little cult movies like that or You're Next- I hate not understanding why movies don't land with me (and who should know better?).

Did you start laughing at the prosthetic noses? Was that supposed to be an in-movie joke? Let me know how you feel about Futile and Stupid Gesture, you may have missed it, but I can't help but compare the two.

That top/left image looks like the same street shot from Once Upon A Time In America

Those flicks are super tolerable. Very SyFy TV movies with gloss.

Easy buddy. Why?

Let me start with this question, what did you think of A FUTILE AND STUPID GESTURE?

F-me, I am blanking on Brian Glover.
