Well why to wait until tomorrow if I can do the leaderboard like now(?
Instead of using one of the multiple free leaderboard services I instead choose to make one local leaderboard from scratch saving to a file and reading from it (Please don't use commas in your name)

Well after 2am I've made progress on the Main Menu! tomorrow will be a crutial day, we need assets and a leaderboard!

And this is where we are now, the Godot icon is meant to be an evil bubble that when fusing with other bubbles they also become evil (rates of evil-non evil bubbles is tampered for testing)

The only asset we own right now is the popping sound 😅 everything else is a placeholder

This was my first attempt at doing something with #pygame but it didn't last long until we switched to #godot

After a few hours of digging in what engine or framework to choose we picked Godot but other tools I've considered:

Pygame -> Really cool framework but my friend doesn't like having to do so much stuff in code.

Unity -> After the scandal I don't want to touch it

UE -> I don't personally like Epic
