I'm trying to keep my shoulder unfucked & regain range of motion in my right hip/ankle/foot & it's just so tedious! I also tacked on core work at the end and 😩💀

My plans (experimental) are: cut small & with a head of garlic cloves, cook in milk & butter just enough to barely cover, push through sieve back into cooking liquid
