Ending #birthrightcitizenship requires Constitutional Amendment. #ExecutiveOrder is not sufficient. First two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress or two-thirds of States must call convention. Then it must be ratified by three-fourths of States legislatures or three-fourths of state conventions.
