Mohammad Nourtani
I am Mohammad Nourtani. While working in an illegally operated mine in Zonguldak, Turkey, I suddenly fell ill and collapsed. Fearing that their unlawfully reopening of the sealed mine and the employment of undocumented workers would be exposed, the mine owners took me to a forest, doused me in gasoline, and burned me alive. My murderers were sentenced to only 5 years and 8 months in prison.
