It was a satisfying payoff. Many characters had happy endings, except those who died. The sexual tension between Loch and Sax felt like Mike White's cheap stunt to attract viewers—it worked, though some found it gross. The resolution was Saxon telling Loch to "drop this, like, forever!"

Rewatched Contagion (2011) and it hits differently post-COVID. What felt like sci-fi now feels eerily familiar: panic buying, misinformation, contact tracing, vaccine rollout. The film predicted so much of what we lived through during the coronavirus pandemic. Wasn’t just a movie. It was a warning.

Simon Russell Beale in #PennyDreadful as the gay Egyptologist who knows 47 dead languages, casually sips tea while decoding ancient curses, and throws shade with Victorian precision? An icon. A legend. The real monster was how underrated he is.

Just started Fear the Walking Dead. I know I’m late, but that first episode hooks you emotionally. I can already tell this show is about to ruin me.

I finally decided to watch Train to Busan. I usually avoid films that require subtitles bec they distract my focus, but wow! This one wrecked me. I love a movie that’s gut-wrenching, heart-pounding, and emotionally gripping, and Train to Busan delivers all of that in the best and worst way.
