It can’t be matched to exam specs at the moment

I think the idea is that AI will allow for personalised exams too

But there can be no way of moderating or standardising such personalised exams

So no way of assessing attainment or even progress

Why is it desirable to have a personalised curriculum for children who are developing and changing rapidly?

In this sense a personalised curriculum is likely to be hugely restrictive - tying pupils what they liked previously

My perspective is slightly different from yours and I hope it is an addition rather than a negative

Overwork is a response to an unhealthy work environment
And overwork almost always results in burnout.

And in education headteachers are the most vulnerable to burnout and compete breakdown

Therapy helps healing

But the environment/ culture is the cause

I have never come across anyone who genuinely likes/ wants to work like that - especially leaders/HT
It’s what they say at the time because they believe it’s what they should be doing
They experience burnout, many breakdown completely
And in therapy the real truth comes out
