In a surprising turn of events, MGM Resorts is trying to attract Vegas locals to the Strip by offering a special deal at the Wicked Spoon buffet in Cosmopolitan. Just $38 per person every Wednesday from 8 am to 2 pm, for up to four guests, with valid Nevada ID.
