If only there had been some warnings that almost all Trump “investors” (and I use the word loosely) will lose their entire investment. Like if he ran a few publicly held companies before this.

I’m surprised how many conspiracy theories are coming from the MAGA crowd. I also believe the FBI has screwed this up so badly that they won’t convict Tyler Robinson in a trial (whether he’s actually guilty or not).

In Switzerland now and so impressed with public transportation (trains, buses, boats) and the SBB app on my phone to see everything and manage passes and tickets. 20 years ahead of the US (and that’s if we started building out our public transportation now).

He was an adult by the time I saw him, a few years after the movie came out. Not sure I can say the chess scenes were very accurate. They were playing pretty fast, not scoring, and talking to each other. But it was entertaining.

This is a great movie, lots of fun to watch. I used to see Josh play in tournaments in Philly when he was an IM.

As a long time chess player, it’s mostly enjoyable (though I think it gave an entire generation of players the idea that chess is “easy” to master). I really liked the ending.
