highschool latin class has damaged my vocab permanently. when we first learned about the aeneid we used "cave time" as a euphemism for sex bc of aeneas and dido. and a friend of mine, unaware of this, just said "got back from cave time !" and my FIRST thought was "damn, in the middle of the day?"

i might not particularly like udad but i am a sucker for characters w npd. oh narcissus we're really in it now

THE AENEID IS LIKE. aeneas is achilles and was once hector. turnus is hector and achilles. turnus isnt aeneas. cassandra is amata and amata is hecuba but amata is agave and lavinia is polyxena but turnus is pentheus.
