I'm watching the Heisei Godzilla films, and every time Miki Saegusa appears I get jumpscared. I wasn't aware that this was a reoccurring character, so I got surprised every time she showed up.

The tv tracking website I use is run by one guy who pulls from a community-edited third party database and I am watching a spinoff of a show very few people are watching so I need to go and edit the database personally to add episodes.

Caught up and finished Kamen Rider Gavv. It was pretty sweet! Overall enjoyed it a ton, even if a couple of the subplots ended on a sour note. Every monster, villain, and Rider design they cranked out for this was fun.

It's really fun to see an animated take on OG Rider. Would love a modern anime series based around showa Rider. My dream has been Studio Trigger doing with Rider what they did with Gridman.

Finally finished Thriller Bark in One Piece. All it took was a casual over a year-long break to do it.
In spite of what the break might suggest, I actually really liked this arc, I'm a sucker for horror themes. Gonna try and go a little faster now so I may actually have a chance of catching up lmao

That Superman movie was really good. Not even a big DC guy, and I would never describe myself as a Superman fan. But the movie made me care, I got it. Great casting all around, terrific selection of supporting heroes to bring in, and just plain fun.

I actually think how generic most unreal engine games look these days has killed my excitement for like half the game industry's output. Just spend more money on artists and come up with real art direction, please. That default realism look just sucks ass.

The Fortnite Power Rangers crossover convinced me to continue my Super Sentai binging, so I've started Dairanger!
I'm honestly shocked at how much I am enjoying it. Lot of great designs from the squad, the robots, and the villains. The choreography is also a lot of fun.

Maybe it's just the extended break I took from the series, but the Battlefield 6 beta is really fun. Wish the maps were more interesting though. Also feel like there needs to be more vehicles.

Sadly we sacrificed Alice's witch hat for that. I hate the thing on her head so much thinking about it genuinely makes me angry, but I guess things can't ever be perfect. Looking forward to Durin, Columbina, and Jahoda the most.

I'm pretty metapilled in most of my gacha games, but I think for Uma Musume as "That Black Card" finally arrives on global I am just going to be chill. My goals right now are just B rank career wins on all my horses, then an unoptimal grind to make better versions of my favs.

Oh my god, I finally finished Zyuranger. It was decisively not very good, but I felt compelled to finish it. There are a couple of alright episodes, but most of the monster of the week stuff just plain sucked. The Burai subplot is the best part of the show, but still not very good.
