Grief may not ease up so much as it turns into a familiar companion, with pain, evolving into desperate desire to cling to every memory. Each day is different, and let it be so. Do the musts, and along the way, the cans appear, and then some wants. It takes a lot of time and patience with yourself.

No one is a perfectly balanced person. And even if there were such a thing, you have been thrown some HUGE curveballs. Don’t judge yourself 4 any reaction for a long time. Grief doesn’t start & end on a schedule. The reaction may exacerbate things. Follow the advice of the professional. We R here❣️
