You could buy a mini travel pack as a back up.
I use one when attending F1, usually ladts for 3 days to keep phone charged up

Fingers crossed CRT work quickly. Try calling CRT for updates on works when you arrive in UK. Ask them if you can speak to area team manager or a call back.
