Yeah I've met a bunch of really dumb people with PhDs. You build a set of really narrow skills and you have some patience/perseverance to complete it but it doesn't automatically make you any smarter than other people.

Yeah centuries of being our pets have made them pretty docile but especially if they're raised from birth then they can be incredibly sweet and trusting. Some are assholes though, you'd think the biting would be the worst but it hurts most when they slap you with their wing.
