I was a DEI and antiracism facilitator for 4 years and I felt uncertain of how to get back to my roots. Now I donate 10% of each signup to a nonprofit serving the marginalized. It really can be that easy to take care of one another as holistically as possible.

I think finding the right content that’s what folks may need is a part of it too. Like instead of doing a really light Monday video I did a deeper dive with lots of resources. I took time to rest but also embraced the suck.
