You just shouldn't give money (power and fame) to people who will use it to make the world a worse place.
If the artists are gone, and their descendants don't use that power for evil, I feel like you can buy stuff with a good conscience. Like, I don't worry about Lovecraft using my money for evil.

I'm just afraid the backlash isn't going to stick, that they will still blame the Democrats, and people will still believe them.
After all, so far they complained about Democrats not helping after blocking the support personally, or reaped the grapes of Democrats efforts, I doubt it'll change.
