Losing the farm that’s been in the family for generations is unfortunate, but it’s a small price for a farmer to pay to make sure some trans kid they’ve never met in a town they’ve never heard of is denied the opportunity to play a sport they don’t care about.

If you combined a smoggy day with swimming in the summer, you could not breathe in more than about a quarter or half lungful. Basically this was the entire 80s in the west San Gabriel Valley.

Can a prosecutor present a document in open court with both true and no billed counts? If so, couldn't she have just presented the original 3 count indictment with 2 true and 1 no billed counts? I would think the only reason to present a new document would be to hide that one count was no billed.

I'm crazy, but I feel like someone(s) know what they've got (maybe has dupes), and aren't at liberty to share, but could be at liberty to share (or leak) if it's obvious that a lot important stuff gets left out. Trump's not afraid of what they have. He's afraid of what others know they have.

Outside of SCOTUS shenanigans, the best case for Republicans should be no blood. If this map is OK, CA's is OK. If you can't racially gerrymander in CA, you can't in TX, so either way, the TX gambit is nullified, which is a win for Dems. But again, who knows what bullshit SCOTUS can dream up.

Key for me is finding ones that are low calorie. There are some decent ones, but if I’m not getting the buzz from alcohol, I also don’t want 80-120 calories. Brewdog is a terrible company, but they make some decent 20 cal NA IPAs.

Part of “housing costs” is interest. People who own homes are concerned about high rates. Even I, with a nice house in a good suburb and a low interest rate, am concerned because current rates, with our low rate, means we can’t really move. So even those of us who “have it made” are concerned.
