Redguard, including the comic prequel.
The game is almost unplayable nowadays ( and was bad also when it released ) but the themes and story itself was good, with a good mixture of epic themes and goofy moments.
Cyrus needs to be known, and I guess that old TES devs still think about him.

Morrowind has one of the most fascinating alien aesthetic while being grounded in just a single region of a continent.
Imagine what Starfield would've been if they tried going even more over-the-top since it's sci-fi and you have even less constraints.

Italian Playing cards have lots of different ways to play. If you want a kinda similar ruling, there are so many variants of briscola that it's difficult to count them all.
Another one is WoWTCG, which had lots of variants, PvE modes included.
