"Assurances", not "guarantees". The former is more a statement of intent, rather than a legal contract. Worthless without any consequences if you break it except for goodwill losses.

I don't know. If you are too afraid to do your job, then it's perhaps time to leave and give someone else the chance? This doesn't apply to MTG, she is just a MAGA grifter. But "normal" Republicans that doesn't uphold the law should resign immediately.

Which makes me worried over Taiwan. If China wants to strike Taiwan, they better do it before 2029 while the WH is inhabited by a circus.

Maybe. But Vance is not Trump. Everyone hates Vance. Perhaps that Congress will regain some power when Trump is gone? I don't know. The best possible chance for Ukraine and the USA would be to power lift Rubio to POTUS. But he is only number four on the list so it's pretty unlikely.

I don't understand. Where is all this water used? For cooling? So you take X tons of reasonably cold water, push it through a heat exchanger to cool the inner loop in the computer building, and then release warmer water close to where you collected it. Where is it consumed? Where does it go?

Here it would be an excellent opportunity for EU to step up and completely trash this plan and calling out the White House for being complete dolts. Ukraine and Zelenskyy can't really do this since they are partially dependent on some critical American resources (intelligence, missiles, Starlink).

Of course he will not agree to it. Half of it is unconstitutional to begin with. There is like one of two acceptable points of the 28 in the plan.

I remember there were a number of cases early in the war when several volunteer organisations without warning were locked out and funds were frozen. But things may have improved.
