Looking for a new kitchen I got reminded of one of my (milder) pet peeves: English speaking branding people who think it’s clever/sophisticated/quirky to semi-randomly make Umlauts part of the brand names. With an ü just being so differently pronounced to a u, my German brain will malfunction…
