You mean people do not look out for polar bears when the go out (for the reindeer) or they will go out when the next polar sighting in town happens?

They may look cute but they are very wild and can be quite aggressive. I have been bitten wearing HD welding gloves while handling one during a capture. It did not bite through but the force exerted drew blood from under my nail. So NO petting!
