Let me tell ya, death is pretty long term. Apparently an illness has to kill a lot more people then in the past before we notice.
I don't get it. People get the flu vaccine every year although it only kills a handful of people compared to covid.

Today a new vaccine comes out and people question weather they might get something from it that could give them a long term health problem.

They didn't question it because the alternative was polio and everyone knew someone who had died from polio. From what I've read it was the same for the smallpox vaccine.
