“I knew it, Daddy. You were going to win. I told you. You’re going to be the best one there. We’re going to win this whole season. I’ve got an eye on you. I love you, Dad. Hopefully you have a great game. Bye, Daddy. Love you.”

“When you pull on that jersey, you represent yourself and your teammates, and the name on the front of the sweater is a [heck] of a lot more important than the one on the back”.

Is there a page on the city website that details what they have done since the security breach to earn taxpayers trust in creating a login account on the cities website? Like all staff are mandated to take and stay up-to-date with security training like Knowb4 - including politicians?

3/ I am proud of you. You opened yourself up to something you didn’t understand. I’m changed because of it. Thousands of us are. But you don’t have to carry it all. Don’t lose yourself in all of it. Also, don’t do drugs." ~ Janette (Pastor Chuck’s daughter)

Where is Jesus in all of this? He seemed like a radical dude and I would like him. Then you did what nobody would even dare to do. You let the hippies in and come to find out that jesus came in with them. 2/

As a father to girls, the relationship between Pastor Smtih and his daughter struck me. This scene especially choked me up:

"I was almost done with this whole Christianity thing. I was like, where is the love. What are we even doing here? 1/

“In that tent, there’s hope & unity & miracles I can’t explain. It’s spreading. I’m not sure how far, but I’m going to find out. Maybe it’s real. I kind of hope it is. Because even if you can’t see it right now—it’s a family, man. Don’t give up on it.”

It was fun being in there with my oldest. Unfortunately COVID took away her musical passions but when she went for her interview, my dad came. He also went there for grade middle school because Glen Brae hadn't been built yet. Of course, it's also Barton's twin, which was cool too.

Thank you for your coverage of this election, Joey. Tough to see such low voter turnout but better than the last Hamilton byelecrion. :)

And super delightful to chat with. Wishing them well in this new venture. Love the sayings on the cups.

We should sign up for KnowBe4. It's a great security awareness source, the Netflix-Style cyber security series is a fun way to learn about how digital criminals work. If a councilor/staff member doesn't comply, they lose digital access to email & city databases until they complete the training.
