Tie them up in courts, appeals, drag it out like Trump did and then hope for the best in mid terms. The GOP is great at doing this so I don’t see why then Dems can’t take a lesson on it.

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

The republicans have to keep feeding the conspiracy theories and false information that their core supporter believes or they will lose votes. They embrace the ideas and make it seem they are doing something so that wacky fringe idea believer has a home.

It’s the way people who voted for him are twisting themselves defending anything he does especially such as his response to the plane crash and the DEI negativity. If they are able to justify it still then there is likely no hope for them.
