I try to remain independent in politics, and look to both sides in order to have a balanced perspective. So far, I'm disappointed in BS. I've not yet found it to be very rational or reasonable, but emotional and caustic. X has issues, too, I'm not gonna lie, but it seems a bit more tolerant.

I see the Yale-educated VPOTUS actively listening to the person speaking, and I see his facial expression as one of empathy, not apathy.
It's sad how vile some people are, as it shows how divided this nation truly is. There may be no way to preserve our union.

I read about a study that says people are more productive in the office than at home (or condo at the beach). I'm sure there are studies that say otherwise, but I think it's logical to require employees to be on-site during work hours, except during extreme weather or some special circumstances.

Both parties are currently dominated by extremes, left and right. Both need to be reigned in (to the center). Common ground could be found if both sides were closer and used common sense.

I like La'an; however, I do wish they wouldn't have made her related to Khan. I think she's dynamic on her own, and that "connection" to ST lore isn't necessary, IMHO.
