My incredible wife wrote a book that has a lot of queer rep and is a slice-of-life novel between a woman and nonbinary person navigating pregnancy, loss, and the wildness of COVID and BLM protests from December 2019-December 2020. I love how she gets us deep into how the main characters think 🌈📚 💙📚

This shout out is to my wife's latest work: Daddy's Girl. This processes her tumultuous relationship with her father and her experience with the patriarchy and wounded masculine. I still haven't read all of this by how intense these poems hit, but what I have read is nothing short of incredible.

Next shout out to my wife's works: A Woman's Work. A poetry collection/memoir of my wife wrestling with themes of being a "good girl" while being abused and neglected by the adults meant to protect her. This book helps me as a more masc leaning person see the horror girls can grow up in.
