Analyzing experience sampling data from 408 adolescents, this study shows that the emotion regulation strategies reappraisal, reflection, social sharing, & expressive suppression are related to momentary self-esteem level & variability.

Using my 1st post on blsky to report on my experience of participating in the 1st EAPP early career workshop: 2 days packed with talks and discussions in a small group of post docs and experts from the field.
