Re K Burns Civil War doc. To tell a story visually w no footage Burns put motion to still archival photos by zooming + panning w a voice over narration. Novel at the time it has become a popular editing technique (some say a trope) w an eponymously named app called Ken Burns effect. Would work here

Why wouldn’t you want to rescue the survivors and be able to question them about drug operations? Get info up the chain. They clearly weren’t a threat. Seems they shot down information that they could have used. And it was cold blooded murder.

I wonder if some if the Michelin attention may be to the detriment of these restaurants. It can make a chef lose focus with the pressure to maintain. Bernard Loiseau an extreme example.

I think the ASPCA should check on the puppy. This is a woman who engages in sadistic behavior. And weren’t we told when Maxwell was first assigned here she was not allowed to participate in the service dog training program?
