In marshalling my spoons (units of mobility) when I cook, I cook big. A few days' worth of plop it onto carbs & serve, it saves spoons on the plop it on day. But you have to invest the spoons on cook it day. Thank goodness for herbal tea and beds. But tomorrow cooking = 0 spoons. #fibromyalgia
