Russia wants Trump to do this. The US military will be bogged down and expend its munitions and not have enough to supply Ukraine or support Europe. Similarly it will not be able to help defend Taiwan. China will gain control of the advanced chips made by Taiwan and yikes. The demoracies are doomed.
