Any four Republican Senators could stop this at any time simply by threatening to block all action (or even caucus with the Democrats) if Trump doesn't make certain concessions. They won't, but that should be a much bigger story than whether the Democrats are doing everything that *they* can.

Anti-heroes and villain origin stories are great for books and movies. However, past trauma and willful ignorance don’t excuse or justify hate, deliberate cruelty, and greed. Evil is as evil does. #resist

The queen of the clowder lowered herself to snuggle with the littlest member. With -22 windchills and no school, pretty much most of the day is going to be spent cuddling with cats. I’m debating canceling the one class I still have on my schedule. Stay safe and warm!

The problem with having an 8-year-old when the rest of your children are 16 and up is your parental filter is a little lax…the new vocabulary he learns is definitely not appropriate for school😬
