Thank you! Sending right back to you! It’s rather amazing just how much stress we as a society have been under since 2016. The holidays this year just felt like we were all waiting for the other shoe to drop. And we still are.

I’ve been having intermittent palpitations and moments of intense anxiety. Can’t tell if it’s intuition or perimenopause. 😕
