finished artist klara markova fairy touch of magic page 3, dec/2/2025, coloring along with a "my colorful country life" video. of course i didn't do it exactly like karen did. once i got her orange roof on the pink house i decided, nope that is not working for me! i am going for PURPLE!

i mean, why else purchase beautiful art books - just for me to sit and look at them perched on a shelf looking gorgeous?

just off highway 58 in the mojave desert, “the bunker” was a party spot for local teens, somewhere vagrants could shelter and shoot up, a place one could go plinking at targets and a location for a heinous murder.

i've learned to mimic the roadrunner's mating call.
if he is on the porch he calls back and displays the red-white-blue skin around his eyes and does fancy things with his feathers.
i don't think i'm going to do the call any more, because he is bound to be disappointed.

my friend ira's band played a small gig at Jenny's Grill in bartow on friday night. i'm doing a small project of shooting the band just for kicks and giggles and for a little shutterfly book.
it's a fabulous little band; not quite blue grass - just sort of old fashion americana music.
