Cutest patient ever! I gave this little chihuahua a TCM session yesterday. After his first session on Tuesday he had more energy and seemed in brighter spirits. I think this is a good indication of pain reduction.

Turned 44 on the Queen Mary, making paper lanterns for New Year, singing karaoke & chilling in the speakeasy below. Turns our my mom sailed this boat at 19 from NYC to France in 1963. Black workers striked over segregated toilets on the initial ship & QM picked everyone up to cross the sea!

After the DC march I kept saying I felt traumatized yet positive. Monday night a terror gripped me after that fucked salute. Today I drove toward the Palisades fire. 44 in a week & my dead will be dead by summer. Trying to find my feet in middle age and in the middle of all this shit...
