//They don't call her 'Raving Renni' for nothing.

She's pretty agile for someone in her 40s who never skips leg day and has trashed lungs from the grey that require constant use aerosol induced medical Shimmer.

Her legs are often better weapons than her arms and fists.
September 8, 2025 at 7:21 PM
//Renni's also the tallest thanks to her heels and better posture.

She carries a lever-action sawn-off shotgun that she reloads like the Terminator alongside her knife attached to a long piano wire.
September 8, 2025 at 7:14 PM
//Yeah she actually behaves like a concerned mother in my fic.

I was scratching my head when she was angry at Silco after Jayce killed her son at the Shimmer factory. Why would she put her son in danger by A) Making him work there and B) Support Silco's plan in the first place?
September 8, 2025 at 7:09 PM
//Renni's a single mother in my fic, her husband died before giving birth to her son.

Hell, she's the reason Silco didn't flood Zaun with Shimmer when he confronted Vander at the bar after finding the letter.

She threatened to pull out because she didn't want to put her son's life in danger.

//It's a bit awkward in my fic since post-timeskip Margot and Sevika are 28 and 40, respectively.

They still love each other in spite of the 12 year gap.

Plus Silco’s married to Renata Glasc (I love the idea of them being Zaun's macchivellian power couple).
September 8, 2025 at 6:57 PM
// Heh, I prefer #Marvika. Mostly due to the fact that it's basically heightswapped #Caitvi and Sevika always frequents Zaun's brothels so she had to have some contact with Margot.
September 8, 2025 at 4:40 PM
See everyone, she does have a softer side. Why do you assume all Chem-Barons are evil.

/// Seriously though, huge wasted opportunity to show the Chem-Barons as people like the Councilors, I think only Renni has the positive trait of being a protective mother.
September 8, 2025 at 4:16 PM
Too bad they decided to cram ditch the class conflict angle and rely on an MCU ending with Viktor as the main villain, a plot device for Jinx's "redemption arc" and an AU to get Ekko to stop despising Jinx.

Jinx should've worked for her redemption, Isha didn't deserve what she got.
September 4, 2025 at 7:54 AM
I can see her trying to get Caitlyn and her strike team to be more brutal by bringing up Jinx's kidnapping of her, the tea party and her mother's killing.

"That woman kidnapped you, the heiress to one of the richest families in Piltover, and tortured you. Zaun's protecting her Caitlyn..."

Yup, she assassinates Chem-Barons who want to marry into the Piltovan merchant clans.

She's the ultimate example of the elitist, status-quo and law and order mentality that Piltover prides itself in.

Yeah, making Arcane Canon was such a dumb move.

At least re-record the interactions between Caitlyn, Vi and Jinx.

Caitlyn and Vi should sound much more angry and murderous after what they went through, and Jinx should sound terrified when she meets them.

Just sayin' the Tea Party happened.
September 3, 2025 at 9:22 PM
Yup, she embraced her new identity after mentally torturing her sister and Caitlyn before shooting a rocket at the council.

I was honestly hoping she would face harsh consequences given that she no longer had Silco to protect her.

Nope, not even Sevika would hand her over...

What a joke.
September 3, 2025 at 6:51 PM
Wouldn't say worse.

They wanted a more "realistic" take on her character but ended up making her too vile in S1 only to chicken out and make her like her LoL counterpart in S2 due to popularity.

They gave her an undercooked and undeserved redemption arc via a plot device.
September 3, 2025 at 4:11 PM
I get the deconstruction and realism angle that they were going for.

But they made Jinx far too violent and unsympathetic.

Working for the vile drug lord who killed your adoptive family and mentally torturing your own sister who spent 7 years in jail wracked by guilt is beyond reprehensible.
September 3, 2025 at 2:45 PM
Hell, the worst LoL Jinx does is vandalism, blowing up empty buildings and bank heists.

She often gives warnings to Caitlyn and Vi first just so she can have an adrenaline rush.

In one of her comics, she nearly had a breakdown when she thought she had killed people in an explosion.
September 3, 2025 at 2:17 PM
In the old Lore, she was merely a nuisance who only annoyed Vi and Caitlyn because she knew the former was a hothead and thought the latter was a stick in the mud.

I don't see LoL Jinx kidnapping Caitlyn naked before subjecting her and Vi to her sick mind games due to the revelation that people lie
September 3, 2025 at 1:16 PM
Again, making her a violent terrorist and drug smuggler working for a vile kingpin was a huge mistake.

I cannot sympathise with a spoiled terrorist brat who tormented her sister, who spent 7 years getting abused in jail and hurt an innocent woman who was the only decent Piltie and Enforcer.
September 3, 2025 at 1:11 PM
Making Jinx's origin story one where she turned evil because of Vi's justified breakdown in S1E3, was a colossal mistake.

Same with ramping up her violence and giving her a sadistic streak whilst making her the lapdog of a drug kingpin.

They made her unsympathetic inho.

Personally, I love every Jonx iteration besides Arcane.

They took every grim and edgy Joker story (Killing Joke, Death of the Family...) and used them to base the cannery and tea party scene.

This, ironically, was my tipping point.

From that moment on, I hated Arcane's version of Jinx.

She kidnapped and tortured her own sister and an innocent woman whilst those who were responsible for her misery (Silco and the Council) got ALa swift and painless death.

Drunken bet obviously.

A law should be made that judges be barred from any political association as well as making the process for selection more stringent.

If a judge says, "I don't know how I would decide on X." During the interview should be immediately disqualified.

Especially for SCOTUS.
March 21, 2025 at 12:01 AM
That and a Nurenburg style trial of him, his appointees in SCOTUS as well as anyone else that was appointed by him or is part of his inner circle.

Purge these bastards and shut down their businesses and radios. They're not politicians, they're a mafia.

Don't forget to add the huge brain drain, many professionals from Hungary work in the countries around it.

Causing the healthcare system and infrastructure to collapse due to a lack of qualified staff.

The US will have to learn that electing content that make them feel good isn't a good move to earn international respect.

Just like the UK did (mostly) after Brexit.
