The courts shouldn’t be on anyone’s side. They are applying the law and Trump is clearly breaking it. They knew the lower courts would block most of this stuff… they’re waiting for the stacked SC to make all this “legal.”

I believe the executive has to faithfully execute the laws.. so it does require them to at least let bureaucracy work.
