Keeping the hips still and sacrum stiff is dangerous; the heart suffocates. Forcing quiet subdues restlessness unnaturally, like smothered fire turning to suffocating smoke. In meditation, calmness must arise naturally from inner composure. Forcing it through rigidity leads to harmful outcomes.
