Pactforging, a relationship based magic system. A diagram shows two different individuals of different species standing next to each other. Clankston slams both of their hands onto the table and one of the mice yells for them "IS ANYONE WHAT WE EXPECT OF THEM?" Clankston proceeds to sit down, rip open a bag of nuts, pour the nuts into their neck hole and their mice housemates poke their heads out to comically and pointedly gnaw on nuts. Phil and the dragon are sitting next to clankston, and both lean away from the display. The dragon looks a little shocked, phil still has his hand up and covering his mouth, but he seems to just be observing clankston. Clankston's mice say the following while continuing to munch on their nuts. "So, Blue chariots game?" The centaur continues saying "Oh yes did anyone see the game yesterday?" Phil has finished eating his grass at this point, and he uncovers his mouth and stares at Clankston, who is now sweeping the crumbs of nuts into the snack wrapper. Phil initiates a conversation with Clankston by leaning forward and saying "clankston, what are you and your mice having for lunch today?"

The coworkers are in the middle of continuing to talk to each other across the table. We see speech bubbles sprinkled around the panels that just read "munch" "munch" "munch". The coworkers look over, and we see that Phil is eating grass, and their jaw is moving enthusiastically left and right like how an actual horse eats grass. His coworkers burst into raucous laughter that makes them double over. Someone yells "Oh my gosh! Phil, you also chew like a minotaur!" The mermaid intern and centaur and dragon are laughing. Someone says "It makes sense!" Another says "Wait - do you spit out cuds?" The centaur next to Phil claps him on the back and says "Phil, you really are one of us! This is so unexpected!" Without saying anything, Phil covers his mouth with his hand so that people can't see him chewing on his lunch. In the last panel of the page, clankston's hand slams down on the table to interrupt the scene.

The gnome says "Everyone took so many photos, the view was great." Phil says "Yeah, and there were so many interesting flora specimen". Phil shows some photos on his phone. The first photo is of a berry in a strange hourglass shape. Phil says "Look at these weird berries I found. I found this hourglass Dainaberry." The group goes "oh hmm" and "huh". Phil shows a second photo, which is of a berry that has grown a bunch of little extra bumps on it. Phil says "And the giggleberry has extra heads". The group is silent. Then Phil shows a third photo, which is of a berry that is a little bruised and has fluffy mold growing on it. Phil says, "And I found this laisha berry. It's so big it has burst and grown mold. It's a bit purple like-" before Phil can finish, the group starts saying, "Oh ewww" "oh that's so weird." We see the coworkers around the table staring at phil with a grimace. Phil freezes up, and then quickly swipes through his photos on his phone. Then he shows a regular photo he took of the scenery. Phil says "Uh, here's some photos of the view." The coworkers respond much more favorably, and say things like, "oh, the view is so nice" "pretty!" Clankston thinks, "I thought the berries were interesting! He seemed so excited..." The centaur begins talking about the hike in general, pivoting the conversation away from what Phil was talking about. The centaur says, "But yeah, the hike is great. Now is the perfect time of year to check out Eldercrest". While the centaur is talking, Phil begins grabbing some of the hay out of his lunchbox to eat.

Clankston's first dokidoki moment towards Phil (6/10)
The caption reads "Coworker outing at the bar". Various coworkers are seated at tables at the bar. On the television, centaurs are playing a game that involves kicking a ball. A dragon coworker begins cheering "whoooh!" Someone else yells "yeah! Go blue chariots!" The half centaur and half minotaur individual is seated at a booth next to a minotaur, and he raises his arm and yells "Whooh! blue chariots!" alongside the minotaur. A gnome turns to the individual and says, "Phil, you said you used to play hoovesball as a kid?". We learn that this half minotaur and half centaur person is named Phil. Phil says "yeah" in response to the gnome's question. The gnome then inquires further and asks, "What made you stop?" Phil sheepishly rubs the back of his neck and says "I was getting injured when other kids stepped on my feet." In a flashback, we see phil getting his feet stomped on by other young centaurs. His feet gives off a "crack" sound effect. In the next panel, phil has both feet in casts and has a crutch under each arm. Phil says "Turns out having an equine torso makes you really strong and heavy." He takes a sip of his drink, and next to him the rest of his coworkers are gawking at him. Sitting counterclockwise to him is the gnome, clankston, the mermaid intern, and the dragon from earlier in this scene. Meanwhile, two centaurs have begin arm wrestling at the next table over. Their equine bodies are prone on the ground, and their human halves are leaning over the table to clasp each other's hands. In the background, other coworkers look on with eagerness. Phil spots this happening, and says "Ah! They're arm wrestling?... Let me in on this" Phil leaves the table, and the dragon reaches for him while saying "Wait, are you going to be ok?" Phil looks back over his shoulder, flashes a cheeky smile, and says "If it's upper body strength, I'm their match". In the next few panels we see phil getting ready to arm wrestle by clasping his opponent's hand. He is able to win and slam his opponent's hand onto the table. We see a panel of phil laughing with a light flush on his cheeks, and there are shoujo bubbles and sparkles in the background. In the final panel, clankston and their mice are peeking out to watch phil.

As Clankston is sitting in front of their desk, they reach for their postcard of Mifu. Clankston says, "Ugh, I doth loathe such occurences. Be it not that we have frightened our new intern...". We see a closeup of the Mifu postcard. Clankston says, "Mifu, perhaps this experience shall be forgotten once I play two hours of Rhythm Diva upon my return home." Underneath the speed bubble is the note "It do be like that sometimes...". In the next panel, clankston is looking off towards a cluster of their centaur coworkers who are gathering around the watercooler and gossiping. One of the individuals looks like a human, and he says "Yeah, my dad is a centaur and my mom is a minotaur." A centaur smacks him on his back and says "I can't believe you inherited the parts that look vaguely human?!" Another centaur says "Apollo, be careful." The half centaur half minotaur says, "It's all good." The centaurs laugh. In the final panel, clankston's four mice roommates peek out of their collar to stare at the commotion that is happening. The first panel shows Clankston and their roommate's pov, which is of the half centaur half minotaur getting smacked on the back by the other centaurs. In the next panel, Clankston thinks, "we're shaped the same..." One of the mice, named Squeakums, says, "Oh Clankston, are you interested?" A thought bubble comes off of Clankston, and it contains an exclamation mark and question mark in it. Clankston thinks, "Twas but a simple observation. There are also others of humanoid nature who work at this company." One of the other mice, named Nibbles, says, "Yes, but they work in other departments and we rarely see them." A third mice named Scurry says, "This person is also kinda cute, right?" Squeakums interjects with a "Das what I'm squeakin'". Scurry continues to say "Gnawy, how high do you rate them on your hotness tierlist?" Gnawy peeks out of clankston's collar. In the next panel, the edges of the panel are spikey as though filled with yelling energy. Clankston is in the middle of the panel, waving their hands outwards as though pushing thoughts away. They think, "Cease this instance! How terribly rude! Also, I am not that shallow!" In the last panel, clankston goes back to typing on their computer. In the background next to them are the words "grumble grumble" to show that their mood is very sour.

Clankston trembles, leans forward, and in the next panel they think "I DON'T NEED IT!" There are intense anime zoom lines going towards them, and there's a big anger mark on their shoulder. In the third panel, clankston is stomping off into the distance. They think "They can have it! I am henceforth indifferent! May those louts dent their sollerets..." The caption at the top of the page reads, "One day..." In the first panel, the lich parent is holding up a ring, and there are little flowers and rays of sunshine behind them. They say, "Mine children, I present these rings of language. Adorn them to small creatures and their voices shall assist thee in communicating thine thoughts!" In the next panel, the lich watches on as Clankston shakes hands with four mice. Each of the mice is wearing a ring around their torso. The mice in front says, "Nice to squeak- I mean, meet you!" In the next panel, the four mice are peeking out of the hole on the top of Clankston's chest armor. Clankston thinks, "I yearn to gaze upon the bright side! At the very least, the hole shall make it easier for people to hear the mice!" In the next panel, the caption reads, "Present day, after Clankston calmed down the mice". Clankston is sitting in front of their computer, with a hand pressed to their collar. There's a little dark cartoon cloud that shows that they feel grumpy. Clankston thinks, "some days I question whether or this was a much of a boon as I had imagined."

Clankston peeks through a door crack. Their lich parent says, "Clankston? What does thou seek? Pray, enter." In the next panel, clankston is holding up a helmet, and gesturing at their neck. The lich peers down at them while seated. In the next panel, Lich says "Were I to recast the spell on thee, as an entity thou shall cease to exist." The camera is showing a top down view for the final panel, and we see clankston looking up at the lich, almost earnestly. The lich suggests, "Perhaps thou might don the helmet as a cosmetic." In the first panel, clankston puts their helmet on their head, and the background is filled with little flowers and a glow radiating off of clankston. There's a distinctly happy atmosphere to it. In the next panel, clankston is washing their hands in a barrel sink, but their head has fallen off and into the water. In the next panel, clankston is mopping the floor, but because they're leaning forward, their helmet has fallen off onto the floor. Clankston is shocked, a big exclamation mark is next to their head. In the final panel, clankston is in the foreground, looking at their siblings in the background are kicking around clankston's helmet for sport.

A peek into clankston's past (2/10)
The caption states, "A long time ago, A lich brings several armor sets to life." In the first frame, a traditional skeleton looking lich holds up a staff with a crystal on top, and it shoots sparks off of it. In the next frame, the lich is standing in the background while armor sets are moving around and cleaning the house. The title is in blackletter, and reads, "Office Romance of an Animated Armor". This comic is created by Lant (@lantsart). The subtitle is "Special 1: "Shaped the Same" - A story of how Clankston and Phil first met. In the first panel, clankston is helping out a new intern. They lean over a keyboard, and in the background a mermaid in a giant fishbowl is staring at the screen. The mermaid says "Oh so that's how it's done! thank you clankston." In the next panel, the mermaid says, "Can you toss the keyboard and mouse back into my tank? Thanks!" In the frame, the camera is above their heads and pointing down to show clankston putting the keyboard into the giant fishbowl, and the mermaid is receiving it. In the next panel, a small voice from within clankston says "Pray, ensure thou dost update thine folder ere thou takest thy leave for this day." The intern says "huh?" Clankston then turns fully to face the intern and the voice says a bit louder, "Ensure thou dost update thine folder ere thou takest thy leave." And the person squints and says "Sorry, say that again?" In the final panel, a mouse leans out of clankston's collar, and yells "UPDATE THINE FOLDER ERE THOU TAKES THY LEAVE!" The mermaid startles and leans away from clankston. The mermaid says "Oh thank you for the reminder... your mice are so well trained-" Immediately a bunch of other mice lean out of clankston's collar and yell "Watch it, buddy!" "what's the big idea?!" "I'll show you "well trained"! The mermaid looks dismayed and scooches back even more. Clankston quickly waves their arms in a placating way, there are cartoon sweat droplets flying off of them. They quickly point at a big button attached to their belt. A close up of the button shows that it says "Pray, do not agitate mine roommates (The mice)" Clankston then bolts for the emergency exit that leads to the stairwell.

The upper left depicts Scurry, a mouse who is optimistic and vibrant. She is a protector and loyal paladin. Her ears are large and round like little lima beans, and she has round eyes, and a tuft of hair upon her head. A mouse-sized chestplate covers her chest, and sits above the Ring of Language around her belly. Her weapons of choice are a sewing needle, thumb tack, and her favorite shields are a 10 cent coin with a handle taped to it, and a button. A note on the side says that her ears don't pin back when she becomes hostile, instead they continue to stick out like a bird with wings outspread. On the upper left is the character Squeakums. He is a mouse with long bangs sweeped over his right eye, that has a scar running over it. His right ear has a cut along its edge, and his left ear is gnawed off at the end. He has a much more sleazy appearance with sharper ears and sharper eyes. Squeakums is a pot stirrer, an ideas man, and a bratty drama queen. (He swears he's working on it). I briefly considered giving him bangs split down the middle like mcdonald arches, but decided to go with the bangs swept over his scarred eye. The mouse on the lower left is Gnawy. He goes by he/him/they/them pronouns. He is a cynical romance novelist who smokes. Underneath it all he is a hopeless romantic and romance expert. He has a little writing table that he regularly breaks due to smacking on it in frustration during writers blocks. He refuses to replace it, so he tries to fix the broken legs with rulers and pencils. Kent_Ciputra from twitch wrote "The ember has died out for him, but it doesn't mean the coals can't be used to ignite other's fire." The last mouse on the lower right is NIbbles. He is an observant mediator who is the voice of reason. He is hard to please. Is he disappointed in you? Hard to tell. I considered giving him various hairstyles but settled on braided hair with studded earrings. He wears a scarf.

In the first image, I'm leaning forward, eyes dilated, mouth drooling, little doggy ears popping out of my head in a very manga-gag manner as i yelp, "WAHOO! LET'S TRY THE ALL THE MODS MODPACK! This one's super popular!" My thoughts are represented in the background by a tower of text that just reads "yes! minecraft! minecraft! minecraft! modpack! modpack! modpack! modpack! in the second image, there is a screenshot of the modpack "all the mods 10" downloading, and it says that there are 443 mods total in the pack. the 443 is cut out and magnified to really show emphasis for it. I am depicted staring at it with blank shock, mouth frozen in a smile, pupils little pin pricks, my dog ears are gone. A screenshot is posted where I am replying to a message my friend Fyre has sent. It reads "i-is your laptop going to be able to handle that..." and my response is, "we're here for a good time not a long one (vacant gaze emoji)". Fyre then responds with "I hope you're backing up the stuff on your laptop. the day i encountered the Final Boss of probiotics

in the first panel i am in the shotgun seat in a car yapping. I say, "I've been such an evangelist of probiotics lately that everyone is accusing me of being sponsored. It's been really working for me, I don't get gassy anymore, and I feel energized. I haven't felt this way since highschool! Since it's on sale at costco right now, I want to buy a bunch!" In the second panel I hold up two fingers. I say, "I'm thinking of getting two packs!" And then I think, "costco packs are huge." In the next frame, I am looking out of the window, and the car lights have illuminated someone pushing a cart in the parking lot. I say "Wow, that guy has a lot in his cart, what are those-" The next panel shows the man with a LOT of boxes in their cart. An arrow points at the boxes and is labeled "~20 entire bulk boxes of only probiotics. (6 packs per box, so ~120 packs???)". Another arrow says "unmistakeable distinct packaging". In the background, I have stuck my head out the side window of the car, and my jaw has practically dropped to the floor. Clankston takes phil's hand, and in the next panel, there are flower blossoms blowing in the background as phil sees clankston get on one knee. Phil blushes, and in the background we see that phil has a sudden intrusive thought of the two of them getting married. Clankston presses phil's hand to their collar and says, "I shall count the minutes until our reunion. Until next time." the first panel shows two onlookers. One looks to be an elf and says "so beautiful..." while wiping their eye with a handkerchief. The other looks like a satyr and says "congratulations on the proposal." Clankston looks shocked. In the next panel, clankston and phil are surrounded by happy and blushing onlookers. Clankston says "Thou art mistaken, I was but professing mine emotions." Clankston and phil have not yet let go of each other's hand. In the next panel, clankston says "Lest I forget, phil, dost thou require I escort thee home?" And Phil says "No, I'll be fine." Clankston waves at Phil and says "I bid thee farewell." Phil waves back. In the background is a relationship meter showing that the bar is now higher and phil "likes you (clankston)". The narrator box says "Later that night..." and in the panel, clankston jolts up while thinking "his phone number!!!" In the background they think , "I must request for it when I see him at work! I buffoon I am!". In the next panel, phil is also laying awake in bed, eyes wide, face flushed, thinking of clankston on one knee, and also thinking of the two of them getting married. At the bottom of the page is written "end first date". a page displaying the credits. At the top is clankston spacing out while holding a bowl of nuts in one hand, and their other hand is halfway raised with a nut in it. Their mice are leaning out of the collar, and tapping on clankston's shoulder to try and snap them out of it. Another mice is reaching down to try and grab the nut out of clankston's hand. Phil is depicted on the other side of the page with his hand hovering above his bowl of salad. He has one straw in his mouth, and is blushing and also spaced out.
