By navigating to "Language" in "Settings" you'll see 3 categories of language settings, the one that is important for discovery feed is "Content Languages".
In order to show all users, UNselect all languages, It should look like the image i've posted. If done correctly, it should improve your feed.

Finally finished my first drawing in years, which will serve as my icon on Blue Sky going forward.
