got an awesome bowl from my friend for christmas so i made an awesome meal with it. salmon with hoisin sauce :)
i'm holding a blue ceramic bowl with brown patterns on the sides, mainly dots and sharp petal shapes. the background is my dinosaur print bedsheets. the same bowl, containing a mound of rice on the bottom, a square of salmon resting on top, and some long strips of salmon garnishing the side. wooden chopsticks rest on the side of the bowl, and the bowl is on the edge of a kitchen counter.

progression of befriending my neighbor's maine coon kitten. his name is odin. he's very cautious but i got to pet him in the end :)

made crepes 'cause i was supposed to make them in my cooking class but i got overwhelmed and had to leave so i made them at home instead

odd angles of my friend's cat

i was playing around with her face shape and how sharp her features should be, i'm probably gonna keep the second one though :)

we put too many peas

also my mother got portal AND portal 2 on our switch and DIDN'T TELL ME, i had to find out MYSELF >:( anyways i woke up an hour early today to eat cereal and play portal before school :) usually i don't even have time for breakfast!!

made my own pie for thanksgiving too :) the filling turned out like the besg i've ever had, but i didn't know to cover the crust so it got burned a bit :(
an apple pie topped with a spiral of braided ribbons and single ribbons of crust with a rose shape in the middle. the edge of the pie is adorned with nine star shapes and a twist of two crust ribbons. the very edge of the crust is a little burned.
