Currently the Leafs have made the playoffs 9 straight times. The Sabres have made the playoffs 9 times in the last 29~30 years. Just a little perspective on how pathetic this organization has been, and how we have no business taking shots at anyone for a good long while.

Toronto did have a lengthy playoff drought. It was BAD. They got ROASTED endlessly. Years later I was certain it was like 12 seasons long or in that ballpark, something unprecedented. I thought there'd be no way Buffalo beats it. Then I looked it up, and it was only 7 seasons. We've doubled that!

This stretch that the Sabres are on, is more pathetic than anything Toronto has ever done. If Toronto went 14+ seasons without making the playoffs, it would be biblical with the amount of shit they'd take. Sabres are just lucky no one really cares about them outside of their fans.

I started cheering for this team when I was 12, been supporting them for 30 seasons including this one... they've made the playoffs 9 times during that period. NINE. I do think it's funny that some Sabres fans still think we're in a position to make fun of other teams- even Toronto haha.

No, just a Sabres realist. I don't drink the Kool-Aid every time they go on a little run anymore. They've done this act many times before. When you get a little older and a little wiser, you'll figure this out.

Beating USC was more impressive than anything Tulane did all year. They got beat 45-10 by the one real team they played.

Did they not lose both of those games by one score? They were super close games that could have gone either way. What happened when Tulane played a real team earlier in the year... they got absolutely boat raced. They were exposed as the frauds they are.

The rules need to be corrected. Group of Five schools should not be given automatic qualifications. These schools are a disgrace to the playoffs.
