I take a daily allergy pill so I feel like it’s gotta be something more I just don’t know but it’s awful 😭

i’m in san diego and they told me allergies are year long here but honestly i feel like it can’t just be allergies cause it got so bad all of the sudden i cough so much im light headed and can’t think

mine said it was nasal drip from allergies idk but he said it would fade but it got so bad this last month the last year and half it’s just been like a nuisance or something but i honestly think it’s like long covid or bronchitis or idk 😭
