The Speaker or Speaker Pro Tempore must swear in members who miss the mass swearing-in ceremony on the first day afterward; on rare occasions, the House has authorized other Members or local judges to swear-in absent Representatives.
I doubt that this House will authorize anyone else.

Apparently, “States Rights” only matter if those rights involve allowing the States to discriminate against minority and marginalized populations.

Several red states have cherry picked how many drop boxes are placed in their districts. Spoiler alert: districts with high numbers of minority voters get far fewer boxes per capita than the majority white districts.
