It’s just so disappointing that so many of the people I thought would be around forever and would be around for the next phases of life (marriage, kids, etc) are just *gone* and nobody can tell me what I did wrong.

Like I put so much effort in for other people when I don’t even have the energy to put effort in for myself- and for what?
To be left on read, left out, talked about, forgotten, dismissed, ignored, uninvited, uninformed, laughed at?
Better off just being by myself at this point.
