I’d favour Owen Beck I think. Lots of playoff experience, NHL experience, defensively responsible, and can fill in for Newhook who has struggled in faceoffs, and is some youthful energy.

But playoffs are all about who can hit harder, more, and get away with the most, so maybe not the best idea.

Don’t get fooled by the $25,000 price tag. The real price tag is the childish NHL officials that will think about this while they officiate the next game(s).

I’ve been saying this. Why is playoff hockey so much more barbaric than regular season hockey when it’s supposed to be the “best teams?”
