The day before streets were crowded with hundreds of thousands of people. NYT did not publish one photo of the marches in the cover. Instead they highlighted markets as the story of the day. Mobilizations needed the coverage deserved to this large movement. #Handsoff

Flowers in my balcony harden are so beautiful this winter and a reminder of the beauty and fragility of life. I have violas, jump up, geraniums and the night sky petunia that seems like staring at the cosmos.

Last Sunday, February 2nd in San Diego. March to stop deportations and arbitrary detentions. We are human. No person is “illegal”.
